​​COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAM
We reach out to communities. 

​We believe that in order to reach out to the poorest communities, it is necessary to be  present right where they are. Our outreach and community programs vary from street education, community development and partnering with local communities to identify undernourished children for feeding program.  

​​RESIDENTIAL CARE PROGRAM
​We provide a home.

 We believe that all children belong in families. However, sometimes, children find themselves in difficult situations and in need of special  protection. SPECS has a temporary shelter and a drop-in center to give these   children a home while we pursue the best long term care and protection possible for them.

​EDUCATIONAL AND LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM
We build capacity.

​We believe that families in the poorest communities want the best for their children. We desire to give them the support they need in order to help them provide for their family's basic needs and children's education. We work to empower them so that they can achieve their hopes and dreams.
